NALC unveils new website to transform the online experience for parish and town councils
We are delighted to announce the official launch of our new and improved website, which is now live and ready to serve parish and town councils and county associations.
The revamped platform, developed with users in mind, promises a faster, more intuitive online experience and streamlined access to vital resources and services. The new website delivers a modern design, enhanced features, increased accessibility, a resource library, streamlined tools, advanced security, and an upgraded search function, all of which are optimised for desktops, phones, and tablets so that users can enjoy a seamless and engaging interaction with the site.
Today, councillors, clerks, or council staff members of a parish or town council in membership can create their accounts, unlocking access to a range of exclusive member benefits such as advice notes, publications, support information, and campaign resources.
Commenting on the launch, NALC chair Cllr Keith Stevens said, "The new website reflects our commitment to supporting parish and town councils with the tools and information they need. We're excited to offer a platform that is not only visually modern but also highly functional, making it easier for councillors, clerks and council staff to access resources and stay informed."
As the countdown ends, we invite everyone to explore the new platform and experience the improvements that will better support their work firsthand.
