This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly outstanding area of the country. Upton by Chester & District Parish Council is located on the edge of the fabulous historic city of Chester and contains within its boundaries, amongst other things, the renowned Chester Zoo.
The council is seeking an innovative and forward thinking parish manager & clerk to take the council forwards to the next level and a professional who can match the aspirational nature of the councillors.
Located close to the M53 and adjacent the main A41, the parish is superbly located to access the west coast in various places as well as some of the most beautiful countryside to be found anywhere in the UK.
